Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility: Products can be returned within 3 days from delivery subjected to following conditions.

2. Conditions:If..

a) Product packaging is damaged or tampered with.

b) Product is expired/defective.

c) Product does not match description.

d) The wrong item is delivered.

3. Procedure:

a) Contact customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

b) Provide order number, reason for return, and images of damaged/tampered packaging within 48 hours of delivery.

c) Register complaint on website www.abeyonline.com within 48 hours of delivery.

d) Return product to specified address in original packaging within 24 hours of complaint registration

Refund Policy:

1. Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days on receipt of returned product.

2. Refund Modes:

i. Refunds, when applicable, are typically processed back to the original payment method (credit/debit card, wallet, or bank transfer).

ii. Refunds will only be processed if the complaint isregistered on website and product is returned within one day of complaint registration.

3. Refund Amount:

   – Full refund for damaged/tampered products.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Order cancellation allowed only within 24 hours of placement. Product cannot be cancelled once the same is dispatched

2. Refund will be processed within 7-10 working days on receiving returned product provided the complaint is found to be genuine.

Exceptions:

1. Customized or specialty products.

2. Products consumed beyond 50%.

3. Products returned without original packaging.
